This is  the 3rd time raising of the flag. <\/p>\n<p>Geelong is one of the city in Victoria, Australia closed to Melbourne.The Geelong Trades Hall Council had endorsed the ceremony, but it received criticism from unknown sources appearing to support the Sri Lankan government and accusing the council of supporting terrorism last two years.
