This was marked by the royals paying tribute to the victims of 2008 Mumbai Terror attacks. The first place where the royal couple always wanted to go after their marriage was India, William told the press during his speech at the Taj Mahal Resort in Mumbai.<br \/>\n\u201cTwo children and five years later, we have finally made it \u00adand we are both honored to be here,\u201d Prince William said.The performance by the Bollywood dancers stunned the royal couple. They offered their condolences to more than 100 people killed in the recent temple fire in Kollam. Prince William also highlighted the historic connections between India and Britain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy family has a long and proud connection with India, and although our relationship has evolved, my family\u2019s high regard for India \u2013 \u00adthe largest country in the Commonwealth \u2013\u00ad remains unchanged,\u201d William said,\u00a0People reported.<\/p>\n<p>The sporty Kate joined the cricket match with children from charities Magic Bus, Doorstep and India\u2019s Childline. She wore a summer dress by Mumbai\u2019s designer Anita Dongre, Daily Mail reported. The children taught Kate how to count till five in Hindi as she knelt down to join them.
